Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between mycarpetmarket.com, owned by M/s NOL ART CARPETS TRADING L.L.C (Commercial License 1148004 issued by Dubai Economy and Tourism Department) ("My Marketplace/Platform") and the vendors ("Vendors") offering products and services, including handmade and machine-made carpets, flooring products, and carpet cleaning services.

Vendor/Service Provider Obligations
Product Authenticity: Vendors must ensure the authenticity and quality of their listed products.
Compliance: Vendors/Service Providers must adhere to all relevant UAE, local, and international laws and regulations.
Listing Accuracy: Product listings must be accurate and not misleading in terms of description, price, and availability. Service Providers must deliver services as described on the Platform.
Customer Service: Vendors/Service Providers must respond promptly to customer inquiries, address their needs, and resolve any disputes effectively.
Shipping and Delivery: Vendors/Service Providers are responsible for the timely and secure delivery of products and the execution of services.

My Marketplace Rights
Listing Approval: The Platform reserves the right to approve or reject any product/service listing.
Account Suspension: The Platform may suspend or terminate a Vendor's/Service Provider’s account for non-compliance with these T&C without prior notice.
Fee Structure: Vendors/Service Providers are subject to a commission fee on each sale/service, as outlined in our fee structure.

Payments
Payouts: Payments will be processed and transferred to Vendors’/Service Providers’ accounts according to the payment schedule.
Deductions: The Platform will deduct the agreed-upon commission fees before transferring payouts.

Termination
By Vendors/Service Providers: Vendors/Service Providers may terminate their account with 30 days' written notice but must settle any outstanding amounts due to the Platform.
By the Platform: The Platform may terminate a Vendor's/Service Provider’s account immediately for T&C breaches and may deduct any outstanding amounts paid by customers.

Liability
Vendors/Service Providers are solely responsible for the products/services they list and any claims arising from them.
